This full-time, on-site role is responsible for providing strategic and operational support across a wide range of human resources functions. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.
Facilitate employee development through training programs, coaching, and conflict resolution. Promote continuous learning and professional growth.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, conduct performance and wage reviews, and ensure competitiveness through benchmarking and analysis.
- Develop and maintain remuneration policies and salary structures.
- Analyze job roles and compensation data to support strategic decisions.
- Participate in and interpret compensation surveys to guide future planning.
Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure employee handbook accuracy.
Address employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality. Conduct investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and support terminations when necessary.
Provide guidance on leave management, employment verifications, unemployment claims, and legal compliance matters.
Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, manage departmental budgets, and stay informed on emerging HR trends to inform strategic planning.
Partner with leadership to develop standard operating procedures, enhance interdepartmental communication, and cultivate an innovative and inclusive work environment.
